All items are made to order and take 7 working days to be processed and made. Once processed orders are posted First Class via Royal Mail. The price of postage varies from £1.29 to £3.85 depending on which item you are purchasing and your final postage price will be shown once you are ready to check out.

Currently we do not ship to countries outside of the UK through our website. However, if you would like to place an order outside of the UK please contact us via the contact form.

1st Class delivery on UK orders typically takes between 2 - 3 working days, and cannot be tracked. If your order has not arrived within one week please contact us via our contact form and we will be happy to help!

We will accept returns on most of our products within 14 days of you receiving your order. When requesting a refund we kindly ask all customers to provide us with your order number and the reason why you would like to return your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on face masks for hygiene purposes. However if you have an issue with your face mask please contact us

All of our accessories are designed and handmade by us in the UK. We design all of our own prints and have them digitally printed in the UK onto several fabrics. If you would like to find out more about our fabrics please head to our sustainability page!
