As a print designer it is often important to down tools and take a look further afield for new imagery, and what better time to do so than during the summer! Throughout the warmer months the natural world is bursting with colour and inspiration which can encourage fresh designs.
There are misconceptions that nature is difficult to come by in London. In fact this is quite the opposite, especially when you are just a short train journey from Kew Gardens. During a recent trip we were able to take in some new sights. Being amongst the leafy greens and tropical flowers enabled us to envision high summer prints in vibrant colours.
